When you decide to work with me for 1:1 sessions, you agree to the following coaching policies:
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that things happen and plans can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
24 hours or more notice: No charge
13–23 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged
12 hours or less notice: 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged
TRAVEL / TIME OFF POLICY
Coaching only works if you do. Consistency is the most important part of seeing results in your wellness, so I am interested in working with clients who are dedicated to showing up regularly and taking our work together seriously. After the initial consultation session, I ask clients to keep a weekly recurring appointment slot to encourage accountability. If you travel seasonally or take long chunks of time away please let me know. There are policies in place to make this work accessible even when you are away or to hold your time slot for when you return. Please try to let me know as soon as possible of your travel plans / upcoming time off. If you will be away from sessions for longer than 2-weeks, you have the following options to hold your time slot for when you return:
option 1 - You can meet with me virtually over Zoom while you are away, during your regularly scheduled time slot. Clients who choose this option will receive 10% off their virtual sessions.
option 2 - You can find a friend to temporarily attend and hold your slot for you while you are away. Time slot "subletters" can select a fee from the payment scale that works for them.
option 3 - If neither of the above options work, you can opt to pay 50% of your regular session price to hold your slot while you are away.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Cancellation fees and holding fees will be collected either through stripe email invoice or venmo, depending on your regular payment method.
